DELIVERABLES: Perception Management, Branding, Communications, Website Development
Challenge
Nigeria’s real estate market was building houses, not homes. Developments prioritised speed and profit over livability with tight spaces, poor light, little regard for nature or how people actually live. Adeyemi Adio Ademola saw the gap clearly: Nigerians deserved better-designed, more human spaces.
Method
We helped shape The Big Build Company as a philosophy, not just a construction firm. Working closely with the Founder, we articulated a brand built on four pillars: excellence in design, client-focused solutions, efficiency and precision, and sustainable growth. From naming to narrative, we positioned the company as a thoughtful alternative, one that designs with intention and builds with care.
M&M created graphic elements for the TV Film, as well as squeezebacks, bumpers and mographs.
Metaphors
We framed The Big Build Company as the Architect of Space. Not just creating structures, but shaping how people live, breathe, and connect with their environment. Homes weren’t battery cages, they were open, light-filled spaces where nature and architecture coexist. The brand story celebrated space as freedom, comfort, and dignity.
Impact
The Big Build Company emerged with a clear identity and a compelling story that matched its ambition. A brand confident enough to challenge the status quo and redefine what livable housing can look like in Nigeria: today and in the future.
